Efficiently operating professional server, application hosting data center for general purpose with efficient physical infrastructure, remote monitoring and control
Our customer is a professional IT company dealing with server, application hosting and domain registration service, and they intended to rebuild their rented office space to a data center to move their service there.
Upon their request we designed and install a very compact physical infrastructure which despite of the very small space (appriximately 40m2) can housing 10 racks and and two shelf system more than 3.5 meters each.
The requirements included the followings

The requirements included the followings
- Design and installation of redundant and sized capacity personalized air-conditioning system on the existing small space which is applicable for free cooling solution with controlled dampers controlled special falls floor fan modules
- Raised floor system for server rooms applicable for raised floor based cooling.
- Electrical cabling from the existing distribution cabinet
- Full reconstruction of the of the space, including walls, false ceiling and floor with extra sound attenuated sand filled layers.
- Remote server room monitoring and management sytem for different environment parametres (inside and outside temperatures, humidities, and smoke) and controlling the complete air-conditioning system.
Using the features, and capabilities of the site the redundant cooling system should be capable to use freecooling solution too, where the cooling is possible without the air-conditioning units by using the outside ambient air when outside temperature is cold enough. The free cooling system is applicable for an emergency cooling solution too, in case of the fault of the whole air-conditioning system.
Special challanging task was the completely personalized and developed remote monitoring system for monitor and control and to fulfill the high demand against sound attenuation requirements.
