The design and installations of safe and reliable physical infrastructure of data centers gives more serious challenges due to the increasing complexity of technologies. The first priority challenge of course continuous transformation and changes of IT, as the hardware, the software, the embedding status of IT to everywhere and the people's approach to that also transforming very quickly. Therefore this technical changing also transforms the society and the culture and the usage of IT devices.

This process resulting an extraordinary dependence on information technology, and losses caused by the interruptions of IT becomes much bigger and continuously increasing. Therefore the users and operators claims such extremely high expectations on the big systems' reliability that to meet these expectations is a really difficult and challenging job. The new ideas approaches and developments therefore comes out from the suppliers fit to the new developments and technologies of IT (ITC)

During the existence of our company and our colleagues professional experiences we took part in several design, installation and operation of data centers and this area remains in the center of our focusing point. Therefore we are at your disposal for smaller or even bigger data center projects with design, delivery, installations, and maintenance in partial or complex data center offers.


 
Reliability
  • Minimum of 2 x (N+1) redundant, three phase, double conversion online (VFI) UPS systems with properly sized battery banks in view of the more independent power feeds theory.
  • As independent as possible dual three phase power feeds with proper server room distribution cabinet, over voltage protection, cabling, earthing, safely connected high quality PDUs, Emergency Power Off buttons, proper lighting.
  • Diesel genset to extend the autonomy time of the UPSs with daily tank or refill possibility under operation, and with an automatic transfer switch in the server distribution cabinet.
  • Static tranfer witch / rack or bigger STS for groups of racks for the loads didn't have dual power supplies.
  • Minimum of N+1 properly sized, redundant, highly efficient precision air-conditioning systems, which applicable to cool the high density and other special IT devices as well.
  • Automatic fire extinguishing system with special gas agent for server room installations
  • Professional environment monitoring system what is applicable for remote monitoring, forwarding alarms and status notifications, visualizing trends on different communication protocols, and applicable to serve the necessary data demand of data center efficiency monitoring systems.
  • Security systems for entrance control and logging and recording visually the persons entering to and working in the room.
  • Minimum of 60 minutes of fire protections with certified architectural construction and same protection level certified doors and other openings, insulations and other fire protection solutions.
  • Professional raised floor system meet the cooling, cabling and other requirements.
  • Complete documentations and user manuals for proper operations, and with maintenance and availability service.
 
Flexibility
  • Up to 50 racks and maximum even 30kVA IT load/rack and flexible modular cooling and power system.
  • Server room total load up to 300kVA three phase with standalone or modular high power UPS units.
  • With complete structural copper and optical cabling
  • For the safety and high reliability of data centers, only the premium UPS and air-conditioning units are applicable from the quality suppliers.
  • At architectural solutions we should properly check the targeted place and may occur to offer to rebuild of the site or propose to check alternative location in case of any security or reliability risks.
  • To clarify the base profile of the data center is an important factor as there are some different point of views at design a production focused or an IT service (hosting) focused data center.
  • The installed security system is mainly focusing only on the data center as should consider some special requirements. 
  • Data center management system is highly suggested  to use, as the efficiency, the correct physical inventory, the change management, and the resource management is a key factor for safe long term and profitable operation.
  • The efficiency of the cooling is very important as electricity consumption of the cooling system is one of the key driver of the operating cost of the data centers, so even already in the design period that must be checked, and modeled. This way that is possible to find an optimized arrangement and technology for the applied IT.
